  • Entire career with Williams County Sheriff’s Office, starting in 1998 as a Corrections Deputy
  • 28 years in law enforcement
  • 18 years in leadership roles, including 9 years as Sheriff
  • 15 years overseeing budgets and personnel
  • Graduated from Northwestern University’s School of Police Staff & Command Training
  • Completed 2,200+ hours of law enforcement training, almost 600 hours of leadership training
