- Entire career with Williams County Sheriff’s Office, starting in 1996 as a Corrections Deputy
- 28 years in law enforcement
- 18 years in leadership roles
- 15 years overseeing budgets and personnel
- Completed Northwestern University’s School of Police Staff & Command training in Bismarck
